Question by autumnrae2000: What percentage should a marketing manager get?
I am opening a small photography portrait studio and have a colleague that is excited to do some marketing for us, and has agreed to be paid a percentage of our sales instead of an upfront fee since we don’t have much of a start-up budget. She asked us to suggest a percentage, but I have no idea where to even start. Does anybody have any sites that I could look at for reference, or any general suggestions?

10 to 15 percentage from the profit margin of the particular sales deal
